Arthur Spriggs

Executive Director

Arthur is the Executive Director of South Carolina Camps and Retreat Ministries. He has more than 30 years of non-profit experience in ministry, camping, program and facilities management, and fund development– serving with organizations across the country. Arthur is married to Sheree’ and has three adult children: Matt, Toni, and Aubree’. Chris Hulme

Programs & Operations Director

Chris joined the team in 2009 and oversees operations across Asbury Hills, Camp Providence, and Sea Islands.  Chris has served in many capacities here at Asbury Hills. There are few roles on site he hasn’t served in! Previously he served as the Facilities Director, Retreats and Recreation Director and was also on summer staff for three summers. A Texas native, Chris is a graduate of Furman University. Chris and his wife, Frances, met at Asbury Hills and have three children: Louisa, Silas, and Annie. Kate Nobles

Marketing & Communications Director

Kate is responsible for the marketing and communications with South Carolina Camps and Retreat Ministries. She is originally from Rome, GA (the eighth wonder of the World). She has a Bachelor of Arts in History & Secondary Education from Birmingham-Southern College in Birmingham, AL. She moved to Greenville, SC, in 2021 to work a college ministry at Furman University. She fell in love with the city of Greenville and has made it her home. She loves camps & retreats and sees it as a vital avenue of ministry. Trevor Brock

Guest Services Director

Trevor joined the team in 2021 but is a long time Asbury Hills family member. He was a camper, summer staffer and now serves as Guest Services Director. He is responsible for booking and coordinating retreat groups at all three of the South Carolina Camps and Retreat Ministry properties. Trevor and his wife Claire live on site with their dog and cat, Frank and Enzo. Ann Marie White

Summer Camp Director: Asbury Hills

Ann Marie joined the Asbury Hills staff in 2023 as Summer Camp Director. She is responsible for planning and implementing our incredible residential Summer Camp program. This includes program design, staff recruitment/hiring, staff training, and partnering with families to make sure their campers have an amazing AH experience! Facilities Director: Asbury Hills

Mark joined the Asbury Hills staff in 2023 as Facilities Director. He brings decades of experience in managing and overseeing property improvements to camp. He is responsible for keeping our lodging facilities, landscaping, dining hall, and water treatment plant in tip-top shape! Mark and his wife live in the SC mountains with their son. Paul Fish

Food Service Director: Asbury Hills

Paul joined the Asbury Hills family in 2023 as Food Service Director. He brings decades of experience to Asbury Hills in Food Service Operations and has worked for summer camps across the US over the last forty years. Paul was a chef for the Haitan Peace Talks in 1993, where he received a medal from the US Coast Guard and a letter of appreciation from the United Nations. Reservations Specialist

Katie joined the SC Camps & Retreats team in 2023. She handles Summer Camp registrations, payments, and questions regarding summer camp and booking retreats. She graduated from North Greenville University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and also completed her Associates of Arts degree. Angie is the Executive Assistant (or Air-traffic Control!) to our Executive Director of SC Camps & Retreat Ministries.
